We have handled matters ranging from large subdivisions and complicated and commercial development applications, to residential homeowner matters. We work closely with site engineers, professional planners, traffic experts, and architects, and frequently put together a team of professionals to work to meet the client’s application needs.

During his tenure as a New Jersey Superior Court judge, law firm partner, the Hon. Alexander H. Carver, III, J.S.C. (Ret.), served as prerogative writs (land use) judge for Bergen County.  As a private practioner, Judge Carver has served as municipal attorney for Park Ridge, River Vale and Hackensack
